What to include

Your order number, the email address you ordered with, what happened, and every issue in one message. You can find your order number in your order confirmation email.

Please do not email private family photos. If we need a new photo, we will send you a secure way to provide it.

We can help with

Finishing or correcting your family details before production begins; a book that is late; a download link or file that does not work; a mistake in your book; cancellations and refunds; and privacy requests, such as a copy of your information or early deletion.

With your permission, we use PostHog to understand how people find FOUNDATION and where they need help. We send a general label for how you arrived, such as search, social or an ad, and selected steps and actions. We do not send names, answers, photos, email addresses, page URLs, the page you came from or campaign names.
